Testing
During the last block of our final building day, we set our instruments up for other STEM students to try them out.
Our official testing was at the Windsor Town Green on Saturday after the Windsor Day Parade. The instruments were set up near the play ground while a concert was going on in the middle of the green. The concert and booths captured most people's attention, however a number of parents and children tried to play the instruments.

Prototype Testing Results
Initially our prototypes were tested by other students of the STEM core. Every student who spotted our creations was instantly amused and began taking turns playing with them. Some groups started making beats, others just played them randomly. Some students simply observed others playing. Overall the reactions were positive and people were excited to engage with them.
After the Windsor Day Parade on April 30th, we set up our prototypes on the Town Green to observe the reactions and level of interest in our instruments. After about 3 hours of testing, several families had stopped to play the instruments, mostly consisting of young children or teenagers. Generally, people played each instrument, experimenting with how to play them and what sounded the best. The kids who stopped to play were amused and stayed occupied until they decided they didn't know how to play the Drums. Adults were mostly amused by their appearance as brightly colored metal flowers. Because all the reactions were positive, the idea of implementing instruments would be a positive improvement for the Town Green, especially if the instruments were professionally made so that the users do not need musical experience to enjoy playing them.
